  • The spa secret that clears out the cobwebs

It’s been a long, hot summer.

With month after month of record-breaking temperatures, everyone’s been sweating it out from coast to coast.

And now that fall is approaching… and the weather’s beginning to cool down… the LAST thing you may want to do is sign up for something that gives those sweat glands another workout.

But according to the latest research, there’s no time like the present to get sweaty in a hot sauna — because “bathing” in a sauna is like doing some fall cleaning in your body!

And that includes your brain, too.

See, European researchers recently analyzed decades of studies on the health benefits of saunas, which we already know support heart health.

After all, we’ve seen in study after study that saunas can lower blood pressure and relax arteries.

And as I’ve shared with you before, those high temperatures also increase your body’s production of nitric oxide, a compound that dilates your arteries and allows blood to gush through more freely to every nook and cranny.

Of course, better blood flow benefits your gray matter, too.

In fact, the high heat of saunas can provide many of the SAME benefits as physical activity –except you don’t have to lift a finger.

And that includes getting rid of all the gunk your body doesn’t need… by sweating it out through your pores!

Plus, the researchers found that, like exercise, saunas can boost your levels of feel-good hormones called endorphins.

That explains why you feel so happy and relaxed when you step out of one. Because your brain IS happy… and all cleaned out!

Now, the saunas used in the study were Finnish saunas, which are super hot (about 175 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit) — so you may have to work up your “heat tolerance” before you can sit for the recommended 30 minutes.

But luckily, you don’t have to shove off to Finland — you can find a sauna around the corner from you at your local spa, gym, or even hotel.

If you prefer some privacy, you can also get a small sauna that you can buy and install at home, usually found wherever hot tubs and Jacuzzis are sold.

P.S. If you prefer to stick to having cobwebs as part of your “haunted house” décor… and not be haunted by them in your own attic… you won’t want to miss out on my latest breakthrough, Neurobrin.

This formula flew off the shelves the first time around, but I’ve got a second chance for you to try it right now — for a limited time only.
