If you haven’t started thinking about your heart health… then it’s time to start.

Because heart disease is the NUMBER ONE KILLER in America.

In fact, more than 610,000 people die from this leading cause of death every year—many of them seniors.

Your doctor may tell you diet and exercise are the only ways to lower your risk…

But with an option as effective (and delicious!) as THIS, the mainstream’s leaving you out in the cold on one of the best ways to help you DEFEAT heart disease.

Well, keep reading; I’m going to reveal it today—and it couldn’t be any EASIER!

ELIMINATE heart disease before it starts

A recent report from the American Journal of Hypertension has uncovered a way to SLASH your heart disease risk by a WHOPPING 30 percent… and you can get your hands on it TODAY!

In the study, researchers wanted to explore the link between dairy consumption and cardiovascular health.

They followed a group of participants between ages 30-75 for up to 30 years, to report on their dietary intakes and health diagnoses.

At the end, they found:

  • Women who had consumed higher intakes of yogurt saw a 30 percent reduction in heart disease risk; and
  • Men who had also consumed higher intakes of yogurt had a 19 percent reduction in heart disease risk.

During the follow-up, researchers saw that the participants who consumed more than two servings a week of yogurt had a 20 percent lower risk of heart disease and stroke.

Experts believe fermented foods — like yogurt — work because they are rich in beneficial probiotics. Probiotics have been shown to reduce blood pressure, and lower your “bad” LDL cholesterol levels.

Even better? Fermented foods have also been PROVEN to improve digestive health, boost your immune system, and decrease belly fat.

You can get more fermented foods in your diet from yogurt, sauerkraut, and fermented vegetables.

Always seek out a quality grass-fed yogurt because they contain higher amounts of omega-3s.
