Researchers analyzed the subjects’ health data, including the results of cognitive and physical function testing performed 9 years before.

When researchers compared the results of both groups, they found that the dementia patients scored WORSE than the healthy folks on nearly all of the tests they’d taken years earlier.

Specifically, they showed subtle declines in the areas of memory, pairs matching, number recall, processing speed, and grip strength.

They also lost more weight and fell more often over the next 9 years than the healthy controls.

The Time to Act is NOW
