But according to researchers, it IS.

The study involved more than 9,300 overweight patients at a weight-loss and diabetic clinic.

Most had started putting on weight before age 40 – and had lost more than 10 pounds at least once before.

But according to researchers, repeatedly losing and regaining weight are actually learning experiences that lead to eventual diet success.

Turns out, the more OFTEN patients had lost weight in the past, the MORE pounds they shed at the clinic.

Not only that, those who became overweight EARLIER and dieted MORE frequently, lost the MOST weight.

That led researchers to conclude that INITIAL failures are necessary first steps… and achieving long-term weight loss requires MULTIPLE attempts.

A BETTER Way to Lose Weight

As this study shows, don’t think of repeated losing and regaining weight as failures – consider them practice.

That positive mindset can go a LONG way towards achieving healthy weight loss – and better health.

But whatever your attitude, losing weight can be hard – if not downright impossible… if you follow the usual diet advice.

Even when those plans work, they don’t often last – and the lost weight returns with a vengeance.

Sure, you could look at is as more practice… but it’s ALSO more frustration.
