The study found that foot massages were especially beneficial for menopausal symptoms.

By stimulating nerve cells in the legs, they helped restore balance and relaxation.

And foot massages significantly improved some of the most common and long-lasting symptoms of menopause, including fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, and sleep disruption.

In fact, a simple foot massage increased average sleep duration by as much as a solid HOUR each night.

Finding Relief

There are really NO downsides to a foot massage. Even if it doesn’t completely relieve your worst menopausal symptoms, it’s still relaxing and calming – and it FEELS pretty great.

Reflexology is often offered at spas that employ certified reflexologists. These professionals take an accredited training program and are certified by a national board.
