Little-Known Herb PLUNGES Sugar Cravings and Diabetes Risk

Mmmm… donuts.

Fans of “The Simpsons” know that Homer Simpson sure had a warm place in his heart – and his belly – for his favorite sugary dessert.

And many Americans have a thing for sugar, too… and often find themselves craving something sweet, especially after meals.

Some can barely resist those urges because their BRAINS won’t let them – yep, studies have shown that sugar addiction is real.

But OVERDOING it on sweets can send blood sugar soaring – and cause you to pile on the pounds. This opens the door to diabetes, obesity, and other deadly diseases.

Fortunately, research reveals that a little-known herb can SLASH sugar cravings and REDUCE high blood sugar levels – even for folks with prediabetes and diabetes.

And it works especially well after meals, when you need it MOST.

They MADE You Do It

Friend, if you’re addicted to sugar, it’s NOT your fault.

See, Big Food knows that the best way to boost profits is to entice us to eat more… while charging less for food.

So they load inexpensive refined sugar into thousands of ultra-processed “foods” – the same junk that makes up the bulk of the typical American diet.

And like an addictive drug, a hit of sugar floods your brain’s reward center with dopamine, the pleasure chemical. Repeated sugar spikes desensitize your brain, so you keep needing MORE to get the same pleasurable result.

But there’s NOTHING pleasurable about dealing with sky-high blood sugar levelsinsulin resistance… and weight gain.

Luckily, research has found that an herb called fenugreek can STOP this tragic cycle.

Comprised of 50 percent fiber, fenugreek seeds help SLOW digestion AND the absorption of carbohydrates and sugar. This helps to turn OFF sugar cravings.

Fenugreek also contains saponins, substances that lower blood glucose, and improve insulin response and blood lipids.

In one study, diabetes patients were given fenugreek seed extract or a placebo. After two months, the folks taking fenugreek not only reduced their insulin levels… but their fasting blood sugar levels also dropped by 20 percent.

Another study compared the effects of fenugreek to placebo in subjects with prediabetes.

Researchers found that, in addition to improving insulin resistance, fenugreek “delayed the onset of diabetes and even helped reduce fasting plasma glucose, postprandial fasting glucose, and LDL cholesterol.”

They compared those results to the placebo group, who were found to have more than FOUR times the risk of developing diabetes.

Bye-Bye, Sugar Cravings

Friend, I KNOW sugar cravings are hard to resist – after all, your BRAIN keeps looking for that next dose of dopamine.

But a natural whole foods diet that steers clear of processed foods, sugar, and carbs can go a long way towards easing those cravings.

Plus – fenugreek can help.

Fenugreek supplements are often available as 1.2 gram capsules. Take as directed, which is typically 2 to 4 capsules with a glass of water twice daily, 20 to 30 minutes before meals.

Just know it may take some time to see results, perhaps between 2 to 4 weeks.

But before adding fenugreek to your daily routine, speak to your doctor – especially if you’re taking a diabetes or blood clotting medication.
