Daily Soda Habit Causes DEADLY Cancer?

Yep, many folks are practically addicted to sugary soda, despite the fact that it’s been linked to health problems galore.

You see, just two cans per day can boost your odds of dying of cancer.

But if YOU’RE a die-hard soda fan who needs even MORE motivation to quit…

A new study revealed that just ONE can of soda boosts the odds of one of the DEADLIEST cancers around.

A can of soda is like a witch’s brew of health-wrecking junk…

It’s packed with tons of artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, and other harmful chemicals – even toxic metals.

But one of the most dangerous ingredients of all is high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), a liquid sweetener made from corn.

It’s cheaper than sugar, more stable, and has a longer shelf life

So it’s widely used in processed foods, like breads and pastries, breakfast cereals, sweetened yogurt, candy, and, of course, sugary soda.

Believe it or not, HFCS is also used in mainstream medications, like cough syrup… and shockingly, even BABY formula.

In fact, it’s SO widely used in this country, the FDA has been knocking itself out for years to convince Americans that HFCS is safe.

Problem is… it’s NOT.

For starters, it’s been linked to diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and fatty liver disease…

And now, a study on mice has linked HFCS to aggressive colon cancer – the second deadliest form of the disease, after lung cancer.

In fact, even a modest amount of HFCS was found to accelerate colon cancer growth.

For the study, mice prone to developing tumors were given water sweetened with 25 percent HFCS – the equivalent of drinking just one can of soda per day. 

After just one month, the mice gained a TON of weight.

But that wasn’t the worst consequence…

Because they ALSO developed aggressive tumors in their colons.  

According to researchers, the HFCS served as food for colon cancer cells… nourishing them and speeding their growth.

Save YOURSELF

Friend, this was a mouse study, so we need more research to see if HFCS-sweetened soda has the same cancer-promoting effects on humans.

But get this…

The results were SO compelling, the lead study researcher issued the following warning: “If you are predisposed to getting polyps, you should not be drinking any sugar-sweetened beverages.”

Well, at least someone is waving a red flag. Because despite the growing evidence about HFCS’ numerous health risks, the FDA is doing nothing to limit or prevent its use.

And odds are, your doctor hasn’t told you to avoid it, either.

That’s why I recommend taking your health into your OWN hands.

That means steering clear of foods and drinks typically loaded with HFCS, especially processed foods and sweetened beverages, like fruit juices and especially, soda.

Instead, get back to basics with a healthy whole food diet, filled with fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and fish, dairy, and healthy fats.

Wash it down with water, tea, or even unsweetened seltzers, if you’re craving some bubbles.
