Chemo Patients: Drugs to Ease Nausea Are DEADLY?

Chemotherapy makes cancer patients feel downright LOUSY.

After all, those toxic chemicals don’t just KILL cancer cells – they mow down EVERYTHING in their path.

So, as if battling cancer isn’t tough enough, you’re ALSO dealing with life-wrecking side effects…

Like stomach-churning nausea and vomiting.

The mainstream’s “solution” for this drug-induced misery is to offer even MORE drugs.

And often, it’s a specific class of drugs designed to STOP the retching and heaving.

But research reveals THOSE “helpful” meds have an ugly surprise – TRIPLING the risk of a DEADLY event…

The Drug Merry-Go-Round

You’ll probably expect it, given its notorious reputation…

Even so, it’s STILL horrendous when a round of chemo sends you racing to the toilet to puke up your guts.

Doctors often prescribe a class of meds called antidopaminergic antiemetics to help stop nausea and vomiting caused by chemo or radiation.

But the study found that relief comes at a VERY high price…

Because these drugs more than TRIPLE the odds of stroke within 70 days…

And DOUBLE it within just 14 days.

Researchers zeroed in on three popular antidopaminergic antiemetics – metopimazine, metoclopramide, and domperidone.

They analyzed data on senior patients who’d suffered an ischemic stroke after taking any of these drugs.

Turns out, 48 percent had taken an antidopaminergic antiemetic drug at least ONCE within the 14 days before their stroke.

And within 70 days of taking metopimazine or metoclopramide, patients UPPED their stroke risk by 3.6 and 3.5 times, respectively.

Stopping the Madness

Ischemic stroke – the most common type – is caused by clots that block blood vessels in the brain.

And these anti-nausea and vomiting drugs are antidopaminergic – meaning, they directly target the brain, blocking dopamine activity.

That’s the same way antipsychotic drugs work – the drugs used to treat mental illness.

So it’s really no surprise that previous research linked antipsychotics to a HIGHER ischemic stroke risk, too.

Friend, it’s time to STOP the madness.

First, if you’re diagnosed with cancer and told you need an aggressive treatment like chemo, get a second opinion.

That’s because some cancers respond to much simpler therapies – or in some cases, active surveillance (watching and waiting) can do the trick.

But if it turns out you DO need chemo, there are steps you can take to reduce its toxic toll.

One option is intravenous vitamin C (IVC), which can boost chemo’s effectiveness, so you need less of it. And LESS chemo can mean FEWER sickening side effects.

Another good choice is bovine colostrum (BC) – a nutrient-rich natural tonic produced by cows that’s been safely used in humans for centuries.

BC can amp up chemo’s cancer-fighting effects while also arming your immune system to protect against “opportunistic” infections that strike when you’re weakened by chemo.

But there’s a catch…

Most mainstream oncologists don’t offer IVC, BC, or other complementary therapies.
