But not ALWAYS… because sometimes they’re early signs of what will eventually become full-blown dementia.

And now, new research reveals it can happen DECADES earlier than you think…

Luckily, there are ways to PLUNGE your risk, whether you’re WAY under 65 – or WAY past it.

Never Too Young

Of course, the best way to BEAT dementia is to take steps to BEAT the odds of it ever developing.

Sure, that’s great advice, but there’s an obvious catch…

If it hasn’t started yet… how do you know if you’re at risk?

The simple answer is, we’re ALL at risk.

And not just by getting OLDER.

Because groundbreaking new research reveals that early dementia affects millions of YOUNGER folks, aged 30 to 64.

Now, there are some risk factors for dementia and Alzheimer that you CAN’T change…

Like family history, genetics, and for us oldsters, our age.

But the study found several key health and lifestyle factors that make early dementia MUCH more likely.

And nearly ALL of them UP the risk of dementia for SENIORS as well.

Even better, they’re easy to fix, if you’re willing to put in a little bit of effort.

And boy, is the payoff worth it.

Because making some simple modifications, at ANY age can not only plunge your odds of dementia – it can significantly improve your health.

Beating the Odds

Fortunately, risk factors are NOT guarantees.

And the power to change them is in YOUR hands.

According to researchers, here are four MAJOR risk factors that can raise the likelihood of dementia at ANY age:

  1. Vitamin D deficiency. Researchers found that vitamin D protects the brain against the damage that causes dementia. So if your levels are too low, you could be on the fast track to losing your memories.

The good news is, you just need a few minutes of sun exposure to boost your levels.

You can also take a vitamin D supplement. Most seniors require 50-125 mcg (2,000-5,000 IU) per day, but speak to your doctor.

  1. Loneliness. Previous studies found that loneliness can TRIPLE the risk of dementia in seniors. And this new study found that younger folks who see others once a month – or not at all – also UP their odds of developing the condition.

So call an old friend, volunteer, adopt a pet, or find a local church, college, club, or social agency that offers opportunities to socialize with others.

  1. High inflammation levels. Inflammation is a BIG driver of nearly ALL diseases – including dementia and Alzheimer’s.

But exercise is one of the BEST ways to drive it down. Try walking, dancing, gardening, or playing with the grandkids – basically, any activity you like that you’ll do every day.

Plus, researchers found that lack of activity is ANOTHER key dementia risk factor, so you’ll knock out TWO risk factors at once.
