Low testosterone doubles risk of heart attack in senior women

Friend, it’s no secret that LOTS of things decline as you get older.

And that includes your hormones.

But a new study shows that when levels dip too low… it DOUBLES the risk of a heart attack.

Ladies, estrogen isn’t the ONLY hormone that takes a nosedive after menopause.

So does testosterone, the male sex hormone.

It involved women over 70 who had NO prior cardiovascular disease events (CVDs) – including heart attack, stroke, heart disease, or heart failure.

Turns out, those whose levels dipped too low had TWICE the risk of a CVD.

These results align with previous research showing that increasing testosterone levels lowers blood pressure and boosts blood flow…

And both help protect heart health.
