While “genetic engineering has one or more specific “goals” in mind, there is no way to know what other unexpected actions these “new” DNA combinations will cause in our food. We have no way to know in advance what harmful side effects are introduced when you change the genetic structure of a plant and its natural function. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement may be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through a class action, private attorney general proceeding, class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
